Your Subscriptions (API access keys)
To request an API access key, enter a name to identify the key and click "Subscribe" to submit the key request for approval. The name simply serves as a human-readable identifier for this access key. You can use your company name or a more specific name to identify the integration you are building, e.g. "Acme Trucking Vehicle Integration."
The key will show as "Submitted" until approved by the Bestpass API team. You will be notified by email once keys are granted at which point they will show as "Active."
Once active, the key will appear in the "Subscription Key" drop-down when using the "Try It" feature for an API. When making requests to the API an active key must be passed it in the Authorization header. To view all access keys for your account go to your profile.
The email you use for API developer portal access must be listed as a contact on the account in the Bestpass Portal in order to be granted access to that account number via the API.
